GAMES · INTERACTION · PROCEDURAL WORLDS · 2026

Hi, I'm Meijin!
Welcome to the worlds I create—playful, lively and just a little unconventional…

关于我About Me

From ideas without borders to worlds within reach.

Think playfully.
Make it thoughtfully.

I am almost excessively curious, and that sense of novelty keeps me exploring. Inspiration feels like a fireworks festival that could begin at any moment. What I enjoy most is catching the brightest spark and gradually turning it into a world people can see, interact with and step inside.

My practice spans games, virtual environments, procedural systems and interactive media, but one thing never changes: imagination should become more than imagination.

From real architecture
to worlds free to grow.

Architecture first caught me at ZJU Design Institute

The internship taught me to notice how space, structure and architecture tell stories. Real buildings answer to gravity, materials and budgets; I became more interested in creating beautiful, playful architecture in games, where the rules can be rewritten.

A PCG internship revealed the joy of growing worlds

My second internship introduced me to procedural architecture. Rules could change quickly, ideas could be tested repeatedly, and buildings could appear from an empty scene at the press of a button. It felt efficient and slightly magical.

Team games made me the connector between art and technology

In team projects I handled most technical-art-related work and connected everyone’s ideas into one working game. Communication, integration and shared problem-solving made me love collaboration—and confirmed that I want to help art and technology understand each other and ship together.

THINGS ON MY MIND

Questions and ideas
keep throwing sparks.

  1. 01 / TOOL

If I repeat an operation three times, I start wondering whether it should become a tool.

  2. 02 / PCG

How can complex art tasks become rules, so every generation has variation and intent instead of sameness behind a new random seed?

  3. 03 / MATERIAL & LIGHT

Beyond making an image beautiful, can materials and lighting quietly suggest what happened here—and what might happen next?

Good in a Team

Easy to talk to,
ready to explore and finish.

Open & Curious

I actively ask designers, artists, programmers and nearby testers how they see a problem, understand the reasons behind their views, then turn different perspectives into ideas the team can test together. Player feedback is not merely a verdict—it is a starting point for understanding behaviour, feelings and real needs.

Problem Solver

When input, collision, UI, Blueprint or generation issues appear, I break them down, locate the cause, communicate and test until the solution can actually ship.

Systems Thinker

I use AI to broaden research and explore more possibilities, then evaluate the results through project goals, real constraints and my own reasoning. I focus on how elements affect one another and organise scattered requirements into systems that can keep working and evolving.

Art–Tech Translator

Through careful listening and follow-up questions, I identify what others are truly trying to express, then translate feelings, references and loose descriptions into clear implementation goals. I also explain technical boundaries and coordinate art and engineering so ideas become materials, Blueprints, modules and reusable workflows.

Iterative Builder

I build a playable prototype first, then improve its logic, presentation and details step by step throughout product iteration. Each round identifies a problem and tests the change, moving the product steadily toward its goal instead of waiting for a perfect first answer.

Reliable Finisher

In team projects, I often coordinate the work between disciplines: collecting issues, confirming ownership and priorities, then following integration, UI, audio, performance and packaging through to completion. I close gaps in information and progress so everyone's work comes together as a complete, playable and presentable build.
